Led the UX direction for Q-Park’s Nordic websites from a business analysis perspective, writing requirements and designing wireframes and interface structures that balanced user needs with business requirements.
Defined requirements, user stories, and designed interface structures that aligned user needs with business goals before implementation began. Translated insights into clear wireframes and UX documentation, providing development teams with a solid foundation for building consistent, purpose-driven interfaces across markets.
This role was about understanding the ‘why’ before diving into the ‘how’—making sure every interface decision traced back to user goals and business objectives and communicating these via User Stories and UX designs to the developers.
