Front-End Designer / Developer for De Rijkste Belgen

Independent Freelance role

Built and structured a news-driven WordPress platform centered around a continuously updated ranking of the 500 wealthiest Belgians. The homepage combined editorial content with data-driven list components, side modules, video, newsletters, and advertising placements.

Implemented a self-sorting ranking system that recalculated positions as new financial data was entered, including indicators for rising and falling positions and historical snapshots of the list over time. Each ranked individual linked to a detailed profile page with imagery and contextual data.

The site was designed to be fully responsive, ad-supported, and easy to manage through an accessible CMS, translating complex financial and economic journalism into a dynamic, continuously evolving digital product.
